Allow up to three working days for your order to be dispatched. Delivery timeframes are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns

Our aim is for you to be satisfied with your purchase from GOYA Clo. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged items within 7 working days of your order being received by you.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must have the original tag attached and be in the same condition that you received it in.

Returns must include proof of purchase, such as your name and order number, to enable us to locate your initial order. 

Please contact us via email for our returns address.

As soon as your return is received it will be inspected by our team. We will then email you with the approval/rejection of your return. If the return is approved then your refund will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for returns to be processed once received.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Faulty Items

We pride ourselves on providing high quality wear. However, in the unlikely event that your order is faulty please contact us by sending images detailing the fault, along with your name and order number, and we would be happy to look into this for you.

Incorrect item received 

In the unlikely event that you have received the incorrect order/item(s), please contact us within 7 working days of delivery. We will be more than happy to get this resolved for you. Please note that our parcels are weighed before sending.
